Delivery & Returns

Delivery 

Where We Deliver

We deliver anywhere within Australia and selected international countries.

  

Delivery Outside Australia

We also deliver to selected countries outside Australia, if your country is not listed please contact us at info@danceandplay.com.au and we will include it on our list.

Orders will be shipped once payment is cleared. Additional information may be required.

 

Carrier

Postage within Australia is provided through Australia Post regular parcel post.

Postage outside  Australia is provided through Australia Post Economy Air.

 

Charges

Charges are as Australia Post regular parcel post, or Australia Post economy air,  and are calculated automatically and shown at the checkout. You can still cancel or not proceed with your order at this point.

If Express Post is required make a note in the comments box of your order and any additional charges for the sevice will be added on processing your order and not shown at the checkout.

 

Registered Post (Australia Post)

You may request Registered Post which will be an additional charge of $2.80, Please make a note in the comments box at the checkout. This will not be shown on your online order but will be shown on your invoice sent with the good. If paying via PayPal an additional payment of $2.80 will need to be made into the Dance & Play PayPal account. If paying via Direct bank deposit add the $2.80 to the total. Credit cards will be processed with the additional charge.  

 

Delivery
Please allow 2 to 10 days for the delivery of goods within Australia, and varying time depending on destination outside of Australia.

Delivery time is dependent on location and stock availability.

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

Dance & Play have a 'Do not safe drop' policy, if nobody is at the address to accept delivery you will be carded for a post office pick up.  

Please Note: Once in the hands of Australia Post, Dance & Play are no longer responsible for the delivery of your parcel, this in now the responsibility of Australia Post.  

Stock availability
We endeavor to keep stock of most products, though occasionally some items may become unavailable. Customers will be notified if any ordered products are temporary unavailable or sold out. Out of stock items will be backordered unless otherwise advised. Some items are listed as special orders and require payment at the time of placing the order.

 

Returns & Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a return authorization number & original purchase receipt

No Returns On: tights, socks, DVD’s, wigs. Dance Paws can't be returned once tried.

Damaged & Faulty Goods 
We will exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund. You will not be charged for return freight.

 

 

Other reasons, such as wrong size chosen
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please phone 1300729984 within 5 days of receiving your order.

 

If overseas email returns@danceandplay.com.au   

    • Be reported within 5 days of receiving goods
  • Returns & exchanges must comply with the following conditions:Have a return authorization number (phone 1300 729984 within Australia) or email returns@danceandplay.com.au
  • Packaged Items - Must be unopened and in their original packaging
  • Clothing - Must have manufacturers tags intact and not be worn or washed
  • Shoes – Must be in original condition and not marked on soles
  • All freight is paid by the customer
