Charges
Postal charges are calculated according to weight and shown at the checkout. You can still cancel or not proceed with your order at this point.
If you wish to calculate shipping please put the wanted products in the basket and click calculate shipping, this can be done without login.
Postage options (Australia Post eParcel)
REGULAR DELIVERY: Delivery time is dependent on location. Parcels can be tracked online.
EXPRESS POST: Express post is shipping only, this will not guarantee the same day despatch of orders unless prior arrangements have been made. However if all items are available we will endeavour to ship the same day (business days only).
STORE PICK UP: If you prefer to order online and pick up in store, choose this option. Postage charges will not be added to your order. To ensure order is complete and ready to despatch, please phone 1300729984 prior to pick up.

Delivery
Please allow 1 to 10 days for the delivery of goods.
Delivery time is dependent on location and stock availability.
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped with a tracking number.
Dance & Play have a 'Do not safe drop' policy, if nobody is at the address to accept delivery you will be carded for a post office pick up.
Please Note: Once in the hands of Australia Post, Dance & Play are no longer responsible for the delivery of your parcel, this in now the responsibility of Australia Post.
Stock availability
We endeavour to keep stock of most products, though occasionally some items may become unavailable. Customers will be notified if any ordered products are temporary unavailable or sold out. Out of stock items will be backordered unless otherwise advised. Some items are listed as special orders and require payment at the time of placing the order. As the Energetiks range is so vast we order many items overnight on a daily basis this will be show as 'Ready to ship 1-2 business days' in the product description.
Returns & Exchanges
All returns and exchanges must be accompanied with a return authorization number & original purchase receipt
No Returns On: tights, socks and wigs. Dance Paws can't be returned once tried, please check chart.
Damaged & Faulty Goods
We will exchange for another item of the same unless the item is unavailable in which case you will be notified and given the option of another choice or refund. You will not be charged for return freight.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please phone 1300729984 within 5 days of receiving your order. We are happy to exchange your order but will not refund for change of mind.
