HOW TO GET THE LOOK: 

Star Stencil: Start with clean dry skin, peel the backing from the star stencil and position the cut point at the outer corner of the left eye down towards the cheek. Fill with pink shimmer cream and while still wet dab pink Glitter onto it. Let dry a few minutes before carefully peeling of the stencil and re-positioning above the brow of the right eye. Repeat the process as before.

Eyes: Apply the Silver Shimmer Cream under the brow from the inner corner to the brow end, and to the crease of the eyelid. While still wet dab on Silver Loose Glitter. Do the same to the other eye. Next apply the Pink Shimmer cream to the eye lid going right to the inner corner. While still wet dab the Pink Loose Glitter to the eye lid. Repeat for the other eye. Using the fine brush end of the Pink Shimmer Cream draw a line under the bottom lashes from corner to corner, with the same brush draw a line from the outer corners of the eyes out towards the hairline.

To finish the look and define the eyes, draw Black Eyeliner to the inner rims of the bottom lashes and add 2 coats of black Waterproof Mascara. On the lips use Lip Lock in Bow~n~Arrow Pink with Pink Loose Glitter pressed onto the lips while still wet. You will look amazing.  (Eyeliner, Mascara & Lip Lock not included in this kit & sold separately).

TIP: To apply the loose Glitter use a double ended cotton bud or a small soft dry makeup brush. A bush will hold more glitter to dab onto the wet shimmer cream.
