Apply the shimmer cream across the eyelid and while still wet press the loose glitter onto the cream, allow to dry, (the shimmer cream can be used alone without the glitter for a subtle look). Use the black liquid eyeliner to define the eye by drawing across the top lashes from the inner corner of the eye to the outer. allow the line to sweep out a little from the outer corner. To further define the eye a line under the eye along the lashes finishes the look.
