I can't find a product from your previous site?
First try searching for the product, enter the product name and or code into the search bar at the top right hand corner.
If you can't find a product please contact us as some products have not as yet moved from our previous site or may now be unavailable.
My password is not being accepted and showing this message 'Invalid login credentials'?
You may need to reset your password, please click 'Forgot your password' to receive an email with a link allowing you to re-set it. You may also need to re-enter your address details at the checkout, we apologize for this inconvenience, if you have any problems please contact us.
I can't login to my studio membership to receive my discount?
PLEASE NOTE: If you are using 'PayPal Express' the discount will be redeemed when you return to the site from PayPal. If you choose 'Checkout' the discount will be redeemed before payment.
Our aim is to have all our studio members on this system before our launch, but for some we may need to re-set your profile, please contact us if you have any problems.
Some payment options will change, a new payment gateway will be added to the site in the coming week, until then credit cards can be used in the PayPal tab (you do not need to be a PayPal customer to use it)
Phone payment option will be removed from 1st August.
