- Postage is based on weight and its cubic size, some items cube to a weight greater than its actual weight, the higher of the two is used by Australia Post to charge postage.
- Delivery time is dependent on location, if your postcode is in an overnight area parcels will arrive overnight once sent, if you are not in an overnight area parcel will arrive quickest delivery possible, usually faster than regular post but not guaranteed.
- Express post is shipping only, this will not guarantee the same day despatch of orders unless prior arrangements have been made and all stock is available. However if all items are available we will endeavour to ship the same day (business days only).
- Parcels can be tracked online.
- Tracking numbers will be sent by email once the parcel is shipped.
