Occasionally products may become unavailable, or are discontinued without notice, these situations are beyond our control and we take no responsibility for situations that arise due to this.
Colours shown on this website are representative only. All product colours are reproduced as accurately as possible, however colours may appear slightly different due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
Dance & Play take no responsibility for variations that may occur in colour, fabric and braids used in products, product images are representative only. To avoid variation Dance & Play recommend when ordered more than 1 costume or tutu they must be ordered as one order. If we don’t have stock in store orders may take approximately 1-4 weeks to deliver, this may stretch to longer periods during peak times (February-March) & (September-November).
To offer such a large range most products are ordered as needed from our suppliers.
Products kept in-store are those needed by local studios only.

The day you place your order will determine the time needed for us to receive the products from suppliers. Orders placed by Sunday night are usually shipped mid the following week, orders placed from Monday will take a few extra days.
If items are unavailable at our suppliers you will be contacted via email as soon as we receive that information.
Please Note: If you have been unsuccessful ordering products directly from suppliers, we too will be unsuccessful to obtain these, please email us an enquiry before ordering.
Dance & Play use Australia Post for all shipping, once a parcel is shipped we are no longer in control of its delivery and take no further responsibility for its whereabouts. If you find a parcel hasn't arrived when it should first try to track it with you tracking number at the Australia Post web site, or contact your local Australia Post office and let them know. If you don’t receive it within a reasonable time please email email@example.com. Dance & Play will then lodge paperwork to Australia Post to begin the process of trying to locate the parcel.
Postage is provided through Australia Post.
(Parcel Post): Delivery time is dependent on location. Parcels can be tracked online. Australia Post does not guarantee delivery times for regular deliveries, any times quoted will be approximate and can change due to varying circumstances.
EXPRESS POST: Is Shipping only and not despatch time.
Express post is shipping only, this will not guarantee the same day dispatch of orders unless prior arrangements have been made, all stock is available, and payment received. You must be in a express post area for express delivery, other areas will be fastest possible delivery between these locations (next business day delivery cannot be guaranteed outside the Express Post Network). Parcels can be tracked online.
Free shipping is for online orders only and will not apply to in-store purchases.
Dance & Play offer free regular shipping on orders over $90.00, exclusions apply.
Please Note: Free shipping will not apply if items are returned for refund (unless deemed faulty).
Postage charges for exchanged and returned items (unless deemed faulty) must be paid by the customer and are not free, this includes items returned for refund which will be calculated as; the item refunded, less the cost of shipping that had been paid by Dance & Play, please also refer to Returns & Exchanges.
Business Days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday.
Non Business Days are: Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.
Dance & Play will not accept orders that require shipping via phone or email, all orders must be placed through the website.
Dance & Play do not sell goods on approval and will not refund for change of mind, click here for delivery & returns information.
Customers will pay all charges for parcels that have been returned to us for 'non pickup', this will include the charges incurred for returning to us and forwarding back to customers.
Dance & Play are committed to protecting your privacy. Any information we collect from customers is for the sole purpose of processing orders. We do not disclose any personal information from customers to third parties.
Member’s information is kept securely and is held to simplify your future purchases.
